Tecnomics delivers to Tasmania and the Australian mainland States & Territories.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt and processing of your order and delivery can usually be expected the same day or the next working day, depending on what part of Australia you are in. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following working day.
Orders over $65.00 are delivered free.
Orders under $65.00 will incur a freight fee of $6.60
We deliver to Business, Home addresses, Post Office Boxes, Government offices & Schools.
We use Local couriers, Australian Air Express, Australia Post Express Post and Toll.
Usually if delivery cannot be made the couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up the item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item.
You can collect your order in person from our office if you wish by selecting the appropriate box at the checkout.
For items placed on back order, we will notify you within 24hours and advise an estimated delivery time.

Your credit card details? At no stage do we see or record your credit card details. At the payment stage of our web site you are interacting directly and exclusively with Westpac's system. Only the Bank sees your credit card details.

- Returns & Replacements
Tecnomics is happy to take back items that meet the following conditions:· The product is found to be faulty.· The product does not match the item ordered.· The incorrect item was orderedFor faulty goods:· Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without this.· Credits cannot be given for goods over 3 months old from invoice date as manufacturers will not accept these.· Test prints are required from Laser or copier returns, no exceptions.· If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.· It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to Cartridges4less. It is your responsibility to ensure proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped receiver to pay will be rejected.· Return Authorizations are only valid for 14 days from date of issue.For product that does not match the item ordered:· Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without this.· Incorrectly supplied goods must be returned with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition. Sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several different brands of machines so if you are not sure please contact us before opening the packaging.· Return Authorizations are only valid for 14 days from date of issue.· Tecnomics will arrange for the return of incorrectly supplied good.For incorrect item ordered:· Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without this.· Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned with original packaging intact and in saleable condition.
